Isabella graduated from the University of South Australia in 2022 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours). During her studies, she discovered a passion for Pilates as both a form of exercise and a powerful rehabilitation tool. She went on to complete her Pilates instructor certification through Polestar and now enjoys teaching both private and group sessions.
Isabella has a particular interest in the rehabilitation of sports and gym-related injuries, with expertise in working with hypermobile clients, dancers, and those involved in calisthenics. She also supports clients through post-operative recovery in close collaboration with their surgeons. Her hands-on physiotherapy skills are complimented by her background in Pilates and personal experience with injury rehabilitation, allowing her to offer a holistic and empathetic approach to treatment and recovery.
While studying, Isabella gained valuable experience as a Sports Trainer for the West Adelaide SANFL Club, where she developed a strong foundation in managing sports injuries and taping techniques. Her passion for working with athletes continued as she took on the role of Physiotherapist for the Adelaide Comets WNPL team.
With experience across a range of physical disciplines—including soccer, football, gym-based training, dance, and aged care rehabilitation, Isabella brings a well-rounded perspective to her practice. She understands the physical and mental challenges her clients face and works collaboratively to guide them through recovery and performance goals.
Isabella is committed to helping clients achieve their personal goals through tailored physiotherapy, exercise therapy, and movement retraining. She values working within a multidisciplinary team and believes in the importance of collaboration and ongoing learning to provide the best care possible.
