Exercise incorporates movement, strengthening, stretching, stability, and cardiovascular health. At Smart Health, we provide a range of exercise options that are designed to not only assist in the rehabilitation of injury but also improve health and fitness outcomes for our clients. What sets us apart is the assessment process, the creation, and the implementation of a structured exercise plan to fit individual needs.
From very safe and simple early-stage rehabilitation (such as pre and post op surgical care & cancer rehabilitation programs) to complex movement pattern training, improved cardio-respiratory fitness, mobility, strength and flexibility, the aim of our exercise services is to help our clients thrive in every step of their lives. Each program is individually created and supervised to best suit each individual client, their problems and their goals.
Smart Health uses a mobile app software program to offer the client a user-friendly home program guide, via their smart device allowing a seamless transition of exercise from the clinic to the home or office.
The Exercise modalities that we offer at Smart Health are:
- Pilates – rehabilitation and wellbeing focus
- Gym – strength and conditioning and personal training
- Yoga – individual and small (max 4) sessions in a therapeutic setting to support functional strength, balance and wellbeing.
All our exercise modalities are structured in the same way. We offer both one-on-one and small group classes, with expert practitioners for each modality. This structure ensures that you will receive the highest level of supervision and instruction while completing your session.
