At Smart Health, our yoga services are designed to support strength, balance and recovery through evidence-informed movement, breathwork, and mindful rest. Each session focused on your needs, whether you are looking to improve mobility, manage stress or enhance overall function.

We offer both one-on-one tailored and small group therapeutic classes (maximum of four participants), ensuring individual attention and safe, effective practice.

PAUSE & UNWIND – a quiet pause 
This restorative class adopts Yin style long-held supported floor-based shapes to ease tension and settle the nervous system. and may include a blend of Yin yoga, mindfulness and gentle myofascial release.  Shapes are held for longer, allowing the body to soften and unwind without strain or effort.  The practice concludes with an extended, supported rest.
 
MOVE & REGULATE – a calm, steady and supportive practice 
This gentle, guided Yoga class links breath with gradual, low-load movement to improve joint mobility and body awareness.  Unhurried and adaptable, allowing you to work at a supportive level while building confidence and control.  Sessions include breathwork, mindfulness and conclude with rest to support nervous system regulation and integration.
 
STRENGTH & BALANCE – to improve strength, balance and physical confidence
This supportive Yoga class focuses on building strength, stability and balance through controlled, low-load functional movement.  Steady and progressive, allowing you to build confidence, coordination and postural support over time.  Sessions may include alignment work, mobility and myofascial release to support joint health and everyday activity.
 
CALM & GROUNDED – Letting go of stress
This 60-minute Calm and Grounded class is designed to help you gently unwind tension and reconnect with your body and breath. Each session begins with mindful movements to release tightness held in the muscles, followed by guided breathwork to support nervous system regulation, and closes with a calming meditation to encourage deep rest and mental clarity. 
Led by Vidhi, a qualified physiotherapist, yoga teacher, and meditation practitioner, the class blends clinical understanding with mindful practice to support both body and mind. If you experience anxiety, chronic stress, or simply feel overwhelmed by daily demands, this class offers a supportive space to slow down and reset.
Everything is optional throughout the session—you are always in control of your experience, and you’re encouraged to move and rest in a way that feels right for you.
Our instructors hold advanced training in the therapeutic applications of yoga, including women’s health, mental health, and trauma-informed approaches. Working in collaboration with healthcare providers, yoga at Smart Health complements your broader treatment and rehabilitation goals.
 
For all classes no prior yoga experience is needed however a Yoga assessment is required prior to joining a class.
