Dr Freschi graduated from Macquarie University in Sydney with a Master’s degree of Chiropractic in 2012. She has a strong interest in diagnostic radiology having also completed a Master’s degree in medical radiological image interpretation and a graduate certificate in musculoskeletal soft tissue diagnostic ultrasound.

Dr Freschi works with a team-based approach integrating and coordinating chiropractic care with other health professionals such as physiotherapists, GP’s, specialists, exercise physiologists, podiatrists and remedial therapists.

Dr Freschi has certification in neuromuscular dry needling as well as having a special interest in disorders of the temporomandibular joint (TMJ).

Dr Freschi also dedicates her time to educating and upskilling the profession and is currently the Radiology Course Co-ordinator and Head Lecturer for the Australian Chiropractic College and has designed and delivered the entire radiography and radiology curriculum at the Adelaide Campus since 2022.

Dr Freschi is registered with the Australia Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Chiropractic Board of Australia) and is also a member of the Australian Chiropractic Association.

Dr Freschi shares the strong belief at Smart Health in the collaborative client centred co-care model and utilises and refers to a large network of like-minded practitioners and doctors.
